Anteneh Roba, IFA President and Seble Nebiyeloul, IFA Vice President, attended the annual meeting of the Ethiopian Medical Association. At the meeting, Ms. Nebiyeloul presented an award for Research Excellence to Yewondwossen Tadesse, MD. Consultant Internist/ Nephrologist for post-operative work with kidney transplant patients and to Tolcha Kebebew Biruk Tensou, Tekabesh Araya, and George Renier for their research into the pattern of care of the terminally ill in Addis Ababa. As part of the awards a check for $1,000 was given to each of these two important research projects.
