Listen to the show

IFA president, Dr. Anteneh Roba, who recently attended the 2nd West African Vegetarian Congress held in Accra, Ghana, spoke about the spread of veganism on the continent. He shared his experiences meeting dedicated Africans from all walks of life who adhere to the principles of Ahimsa and promote veganism. He described  some of the interviews he did with various vegan activists and his experience at the Elmina Castle in Elmina, Ghana from where the first slave ships sailed  to North and South America and the Caribbean Islands. He also updated the audience on the work the International Fund for Africa is doing in Ethiopia.
