Anteneh Roba, M.D., co-founder and president of the International Fund for Africa, was profiled in the June 2010 issue of a Houston Medical Center publication. The newsletter, aptly named "What's Up Doc", details Dr. Roba's personal journey from his life in the US to his role in IFA's mission to bring first-world medical support and care to babies in Ethiopia, Africa by establishing a well-equipped and staffed medical facility. The article also describes a mid-air medical incident on a Lufthansa flight, wherein Dr. Roba successfully responded to another passenger's life-threatening emergency.
