The Addis Ababa office of IFA held their first staff meeting in their new office with the COO, Ms. Seble Nebiyeloul on October 25th, 2011. The main focus of the meeting was about how to make the Addis Ababa IFA office visible and to connect with local and international NGOs and the local government. Included in this discussion was the option of partnerships and networking with other organizations with goals and objectives similar to IFA's. Also discussed was what resources would be required to build the skills and knowledge for sustainable health change within communities and enhancing their amalgamation with the formal health system.
